That Perfect Red - The Do's and Don'ts

Nyx soft matte lip cream in the color Amsterdam is a DO! I looove this color AND formula. This is my go to red when I need it to last all day. It never makes my lips feel dry, unlike a lot of matte lip products do. I recommend all Nyx lip products. Their formulas are AMAZING!!!! 

Wet n' Wild megalast liquid lip color in the shade called Red My Mind is a DON'T. Although the pigmentation is amazing, the formula is a big disappointment. This lasted about 2 hours on my lips before it got VERY drying, and started to crack. I applied a lip balm before trying this product again. It still felt very drying, and after eating, it was very patchy. I personally love Wet n' Wild products, but this was definately a disappiontment,

Just Me - My Intro

 One of my dreams is to become a makeup artist. I love it. I love getting to play with crazy colors, trying different brushes, and different hair products.. I love all of it. As a teenager going into her senior year tho, I realise that, in reality, we don't all get what we dream of. So, for now, my plans for the future aren't set in stone.. I'm just gonna take it as God gives it to me.

Starting a blog was also in that dream. So when I got my laptop a few weeks ago I found Blogger.. and here I am (:

This picture on the top left is my hair. I've been growing it out for almost a year now. In June, of this year, I dyed it a dark red. I absolutely fell in love with it. It's extremely hard to keep the color from fading, as I have yet to find a shampoo that helps..

This is my vanity. Which I bought on my own with the money I have saved from my first job. I buy all beauty related things on my own. Let's be real, if my parents bought it all, I would drive them crazy wanting something new every time it came out.

My collection is extremely small compared to beauty bloggers on Youtube. I am totally okay with that, now if I had the room, it'd be a different story.

I wanted to make a blog where, girls just like me, can enjoy what they love. I'll post reviews, pictures, new stuff, or hauls that I want to share. I hope this works. ;)
